Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please make sure to provide your correct email address when placing your order, if not you will not be able to receive your order confirmation. For all orders, a tracking number will be provided.
Orders usually ship within 3 business days. However, our first collection is made-to-order, please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed. Processing times are not included in the estimated delivery time at checkout.
If you have not yet received your order within the estimated delivery time, please allow an extra 3-4 days before contacting us because packages may have been delayed by selected courier service.
Once items are dispatched it is the responsibility of the postal service to ensure packages are delivered.
Please note that refunds will not be issued for lost packages, however items will be resent if a package cannot be traced.
We are happy to ship anywhere in the World, though we have no control over import taxes and fees you may incur via your local customs office. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

We accept return requests within 7 business days from the delivery date.
Returns are eligible for refund as long as it meets the following requirements: Items returned must be in original condition. Merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed. We’ll send you an email once your refund has been processed. Your refund can only be credited back to the original payment method. PayPal and Credit Card refunds can take up to 10 business days to clear back into your account.
Exchanges are accepted on Canadian orders only.
Items must be received back to our warehouse within 10 days.
Please be aware that you are responsible for all return mailing fees, customs charges, taxes and all other fees associated with the return. We urge you to contact your chosen shipping courier to minimize these fees. If you are shipping the return from the United States, we suggest the United States Postal Service (USPS) as their fees are usually the lowest.
If we receive a return package with customs charges, taxes or other fees, we will deduct these from the reimbursement.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
For International orders, please be aware that your item may be held at customs for inspection, delaying the delivery time.
Unless you indicate otherwise, orders will be shipped to the address you have provided at checkout. Please check it prior to submitting an order and upon checkout! Anything returned due to an incorrect address will result in new shipping charges, which will be the responsibility of the buyer. There will be no shipping refunds on missing packages due to an incorrect address. Thank you for your understanding.
